He implemented a number of successful projects in Belarus, including acquisition, modernization, and subsequent sale of Syabar brewery and its brands to Heineken (2004-2007), launch and subsequent sale of Dednovo retail chain to a group of Ukrainian investors in 2008, acquisition and development of Staraya Krepost, one of the leading Belarus juice producers (since 2006), launch of Lebortovo Distribution company (since 2003).
