Renaissance Capital acted as co-manager for the issue of $330 mln MHP Eurobond due 2015 and exchange of existing $250 mln MHP Eurobond due 2011 into Eurobond due 2015.

The bonds for the amount of $330 mln (coupon 10.25%, maturity 4/29/2015, issue price: 101.425, first pay 10/29/2010) were offered and sold outside the United States in reliance on Regulation S and within the United States to certain qualified institutional buyers in reliance on Rule 144A under US Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
