The investment banking group has already advised on some of the region's largest deals including the strategic sale of Rosynka to Orangina Group, the sale of a 60% stake in NTN Channel to Inter, the sale of 30% of Studio 1+1 to Central Media Enterprises, the acquisition of majority share holdings in five metals and mining assets in Ukraine by Evraz Group as well as the acquisition of Myagkov vodka brand and Russian distribution assets by Synergy from Overline Group among others.
The Firm also raised equity capital for a number of domestic companies across industry sectors.
